Cake Pricing
Prices are based on size, amount of time and detail involved in the end result and the budget you want to work within. Some cakes are expensive due to the time, materials and expertise that are invested in them. A highly decorated wedding cake can take one of our team considerable hours on decorative aspects alone such as flowers, models, and intricate piping. However, there are a few tricks of the trade to get a beautiful cake without spending a ton of money and we can recommend alternative techniques and finishing touches.
Timescales for Cakes
Some cakes can be made within a week; however we recommend that you aim for at least 2 weeks for celebration and birthday cakes, longer for elaborate designs. For wedding Cakes we would advise that you place your order a minimum of 2 months prior to the date. You can book your cake as far in advance as you like to avoid disappointment.
Delivery
We offer local delivery and set up of cakes to your venue, an applicable fee is charged depending on distance and circumstances.
How to Pay
You will need to pay a suitable deposit at the time of booking to secure your order, then the full balance when collecting or at an arranged date prior to delivery. We can take payments in installments, spread over any length of time if you prefer. We accept credit and debit card payments in store or by phone.
